Piper Perabo
Piper Perabo is a Golden Globe nominated
stage, film and television actor. She was born in Dallas and raised in New
Jersey. In 2000, she was chosen as a breakout actor in Coyote Ugly. She
appeared in "The Prestige" directed by Christopher Nolan with Hugh Jackman
& Christian Bale, "Because I Said So" and "Because I
Said So", along with "Because I Said So" featuring Diane Keaton
and Guy Pearce. Alongside "Cheaper by the Dozen", Lena Heady, Matthew
Goode as well as the crime drama "10th & Wolf", she also
starred alongside James Marsden and Dennis Hopper. In Rian Johnson's sci-fi
action film "Looper," she starred with Bruce Willis and Joseph Gordon
Levitt. In television Perabo appeared as Annie Walker in all 5 seasons of USA
Network's spy drama "Covert Affairs." Then she starred as a co-star
in ABC's legal drama "Notorious. "And is set to appear on Netflix in
"Turn Up Charlie" alongside Idris Elba. In Neil LaBute's
controversial show, "Reasons to be Pretty", Perabo made her Broadway
debut. She was nominated by the Tony for Best Play. Perabo is an activist and
is known for her stage and screen work. Perabo is an International Rescue
Committee Voice to raise awareness and assist those who have been displaced due
to persecution, war or oppression from the political. Piper lives in Los
Angeles and New York City. She graduated from Toms River (NJ) High School North
class of 1994. At high school, she was a part of all four annual musicals. Her
senior year she was Katie in "Meet Me In St. Louis;" junior year, Cousin
Fan in "Mame;" sophomore year, Lady Brighton in "Me and My
Girl,"" as well as freshman year, she danced in "How to Be
Successful in Business Without Really Trying." In high school, she was the
president of the National Honor Society and the editor of the school's literary
journal, Polaris. At the time of her high school graduation she was part of the
Marinerettes as a dancer for the field show during the football matches.
